Phoenix's Retribution is a unique staff obtained from Imperial Guard Lockboxes.

- Lightning Dmg: 11-22 (req. 9 Channeling Magic)
- Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%)
- Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
- Channeling Magic +1 (20% chance while using skills)
- Health +30

This weapon's stats can be fully replicated, apart from the skin, with:
- a Channeling Staff crafted by the Weaponsmith Bolereh in Camp Hojanu
- a perfect "Hale and Hearty" Inscription
- a perfect Hale Staff Head
- a perfect Staff Wrapping of Mastery
